For 6 month, Version agents are not able to resolve a simple bill issue which was caused by their own mistakes. I don't know what should I say. There is not even a path to escalate your issues fast. What's more annoying is that they told that your issue was fixed and asked you to wait for 2 bill cycles to see the change, then after 2 months, you found nothing happened.
if you contact them again, they can't pull out the previous chatting records, instead you have to elaborate the same issues again and again to different agents without being able to get a real solution.
What would Verizon pay the clients for the loss of their money and time????????
