Tower in Mexico Interfering

I pay for unlimited but for the last month or so I've lost service in certain areas of town.  I called Verizon because I read an article that stated there was a new tower in Mexico that was interfering with Verizon's frequencies.  A friend called and got a credit so I called and Verizon acted like they had never heard of the problem before (even though there are articles published online about it).  Meanwhile, I can't use my internet and get spotty service when I'm at work with no solution in sight.  Any idea when it will clear up?  I'm not getting the services I'm paying for.

Customer Support

We'd like to apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, magstar74. As a consumer myself, I want to ensure I'm getting the service I'm paying for. Let's take a closer look into this. Where are you currently located? What happens when using the phone for calls, text, and data?
