I'm running into " Invalid Address. Please try again." error when I punch in older Samsung s9+ to trade in for my newly purchased S22 Ultra (from Best buy). I talked to Verizon customer service for several hours regarding this, still not resolved. As per their suggestion used website, app nothing works . Still getting the Invalid Address error.

The only way to initiate a trade-in when you purchased your phone through an authorized retailer will be online here: https://www.verizon.com/od/trade-in/#/ . If you cannot access that link, then please try a different device to access the webpage. It would be recommended to sign into your My Verizon account as well, because that's going to be the only way for the system to recognize that you had upgraded to a new phone and have the old one to trade in.
