I did a trade in but my account is charging me the credit. I was told by 2 other reps it should be a credit. It could be because they received my trade in a bit late. My bill isn't due until July 20th but my phone was cut off since yesterday (my birthday). I'm starting to take it personal as this is day 2. I've called and keep getting routed to financial services. I chat and keep getting sent to financial services. I'm so flabbergasted and ready to go to another carrier but I have 2 lines on this account. I'm extremely frustrated and the only solution seems to be to interrupt my day and go to a store.
I would equally be upset if my trade in credit was not there. I would love to help as much as I can to make sure we get this all fixed. I know this is the last thing you want for your birthday. I know you posted this a few days ago. Did you still need assistance?
