I sent a trade in for Order #4505322 and UPS shows it was delivered 11 days ago. The status has not changed and talking to the Verizon rep was worthless. They didn't understand that it was the trade-in I was asking about and not the order. I just wanted to make sure my trade-in was received and being processed. Can't image it would take 11 days to look at a phone. Is there any help on this at all? Reading some of the other stories has me worried they won't process it or say it wasn't delivered, even though my tracking number 1Z81RR180665152498 shows that it was.
