Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Trade-In Status

I sent a trade in for Order #4505322 and UPS shows it was delivered 11 days ago. The status has not changed and talking to the Verizon rep was worthless. They didn't understand that it was the trade-in I was asking about and not the order. I just wanted to make sure my trade-in was received and being processed. Can't image it would take 11 days to look at a phone.  Is there any help on this at all? Reading some of the other stories has me worried they won't process it or say it wasn't delivered, even though my tracking number 1Z81RR180665152498 shows that it was.
