So on October 25th I started a Live Chat with Verizon. I wanted to inquire about trading my Samsung S22 Ultra in for the iPhone 14 Pro. Originally, I was told I could not do this because I had not paid off the device, which I understand. After I told the rep I was going to hold off because of that, they told me I could take advantage of an "Early Upgrade". Below is what the rep told me in the screen shot.
I get on today to inquire about a return label to ship the S22U back and I was told they would not honor what the other rep had told me and my device payment was transferred to another line. Very disappointing and shady.
