Trade in bait and switch, terrible customer service

So, after two hours on the phone (hold) disconnected twice, and finally chatting w/ customer service I agreed to a new phone (iPhone 13 pro) with a trade in value of 650 for my iPhone X.  Now, after receiving my phone, I'm told to process the trade in at 132.00 and wait and see what the market value of my trade in is!  There's no way to SPEAK with a human.  The rep I texted/chatted with said he noted the promotion and trade in value and that is in the chat log.  But this is unacceptable, "Bait and Switch", terrible way to do business and treat loyal customers.  If this isn't resolved tomorrow with a live, speaking person, the phone will be returned and I'll be with At&t or T-Mobile.  Has anyone had this happen to them recently?  Is there a direct customer retention number?
