4 months ago, I switched over from AT&T and traded in my iPhone 11. My husband switched over from a Verizon family plan into our new plan. For our trade ins, he and I were quoted $1000 and $800 respectively. Our account shows $350 and $800 assessments instead but we haven’t received the credits. We’ve contacted multiple reps who promised it would be resolved. I can’t tell you how many reps that I’ve retold this story to. To date, we haven’t received a penny of either trade in and I keep getting billed for the new phone at full price. 1-2 billing cycles was clearly a lie. When will I get my credits?
