I have an outstanding trade-in, upgrade, credit issue I have been unable to resolve over the phone. Three calls, hours on the phone... Nothing. The representatives cannot or will not assist. Same old explain the issue, get nonsense response, refuse to allow me to speak with someone of good common sense, authority, and a willingness to actually listen to what I am saying.
Any suggestions on how I can contact someone at a higher level than a telephone representative ?
