So, anyone else tired of talking to customer service and being lied to? I just want to let everyone know I’ve been battling with Verizon since November 29th over a trade in agreement. Also they were over charging me on a phone since 2018. The customer representatives have been making false tickets. I have text messages from a supervisor saying I will receive $800. They aren’t honoring anything. I’ve been with Verizon since 1997 and it’s sad to see them treat me this way. Apple iPhone 13 Pro
