I did the trade in for two phones in June they sent me a box for one and the other was my sons and told me I could take his back to the store. This was when the free phone deal was going on. Of course they couldn’t do the trade in and I have called been on hold for hours and now they are charging me for the full cost of phone and tell me I get $165 back for a phone that was supposed to be traded in for free one. It’s not my problem Verizon cannot get this straight. I have called and called and still no resolve except an email saying the refund would be $165 and that is just not acceptable.
