Traded in my S10 a few months back and now I'm being told I sent in a watch instead and I will not be getting my credit? I have a smart watch and still have it as of today. Verizon claims they cant check the warehouse where they made the mistake. The old bait and switch. I see online this has happened to many folks. Maybe Verizon should look into whoever is receiving in the items for trade. Seems like something is off there. I'm going to the store now to show them my watch so I can get my credit. Just ridiculous.
