Hello, I recently sent in a trade-in and it was marked as delivered at the Fort Worth Returns Center on 5/18 and has still not updated the status even from Initiated. Help me please.
Hi TrashcanBob! I can understand the worry, but this can be common when our warehouse receives an influx of trade-ins. Or, simply the status just hasn't updated in our system yet. What matters is the device safely arriving at our warehouse. From there, a trade-in credit takes between 1-2 billing cycles before being reflected on the bill. I hope this helps.
