I’ve called and it’s extremely difficult to get anyone on chat. With 3 calls I have no answer to my submission of a trade in device. I can see it was received but have not been updated. The phone was received by Verizon on 6/17/2021. How can I get an update? They sent an e-mail told me I need to send it in and that’s confusing! The submission says it’s been received but no update on the final value.
