Through My Verizon, I have requested to transfer my line to someone else's business account. I want to approve this transfer request, but the email I got for my transfer request just says "If you have questions about accepting this request, please review our FAQs" It doesn't show any link to approve the transfer request. Is it because the line is being transferred to the business account? Then do I have to call Verizon customer service?

You released the line to transfer out of your account to your account.
Just call the transfer team or CS, let them fill out the transfer form and tell the company to call Verizon.
