I received your message, but didnt see a way to respond there. My phone (S21) screen went crazy after taking it off the charger one day. It was also molten hot. I dont have insurance, but it was under warranty still. The phone is in flawless condition. Literally there is no wear on the device. Verizon sent me to uBreakiFix. They stated, "We are told to say it has physical damage". They handed my phone back. Did not even offer to charge me to fix it. I returned to Verizon. They said there was nothing they could do. I needed a working phone. I left Verizon.
