Help, recently assumed my mothers line due to her being ill. NOW she nor I cant log into her account that she had prior to the transfer. We cant see what she owes nor what was any of the information she had on her account prior to transfer to my account/billing. HELP please! This makes no sense, doesnt verizon want to get paid from the prior account!!!
Her account is closed, so there is no online access. Her final bill will be sent to the address of record. If her address isn't valid anymore, you will have to call for the bill.
