So the other day I was messaging with a rep to upgrade 2 phones on my acct to iPhone 13 Pro, and add an Apple Watch. After 2+ hours of messaging, I get a link to make payment and the link would not take 3 separate debit/credit cards. I tried again via phone, the tech said their computer went down and she would call me back (she did not). Tried to upgrade tonight, messaging tech starts my order, then says they need to transfer me to another tech. I wait an hour….no tech.
Now the discount deal has expired. I’m exhausted from doing this over three days. still can’t get this sorted out and have lost the opportunity to get a discount with this carrier.
Customer service used to be good with Verizon. I am sad it’s gone.
