I just got a new account from being apart of my families. Now I have my own, and made a new number with it. It's on prepaid, and I can call anyone, it's just whenever they call me it sounds like the phone has no connection
Call this number from another phone if *611 or the above contact number doesn't work. 888-844-7095 They handle the push through of activations, ports, and issues.
James.Cronin, we always wnat to make sure that your phone is working the way it should. I do see that you stated you set your account up on prepaid services. Have you been able to reach out to our prepaid team by calling them toll free at 888-294-6804? They would be able to check the status of the account to make sure eveything is up and running.
