I am still and consistently having issues with your customer service and financial services representatives. The chat agent refused to escalate my situation after multiple times of my request. Not only was the agent unprofessional, they were unhelpful to the point of it appearing purposeful. I am to the point of closing all my lines with verizon and transfering service.
