I've been trying to redeem my $200 gift card and Google Nest offers that are on my Fios Account overview page and my My Fios app. Whenever I hit the Get Started button, I'm just taken back to the landing page. This has been happening for days.
I've tried the live chat, and they just tell me to login again. I'm beginning to think Verizon is trying to make it hard to redeem these offers.
