Dear Verizon,

You recently charged an upgrade fee to my account.  This has made me a little angry.  If you keep doing this as part of your standard policy then I might not be a customer of yours for very much longer.

Are you just learning about the upgrade fee that has been policy since April 2012? If so, how did you manage that?

The dollar amount of the fee and when it is charged has changed since this announcement.
