When viewing my current plan, I receive a notification that Verizon recommends a different plan and provides a link to select the new plan. However, after following the process to select plan options for each line on my account, I receive a message that the request could not be processed at this time. This has happened repeatedly. Why doesn't this work?

Sorry that you are having issues changing your plan. We always want to make things as easy as possible. There could be a number of factors that go into why something happens. Are you doing this on the app? Have you tried logging into My Verzion on the computer to try? What happens if you click this link to change plans: https://www.verizonwireless.com/plans/unlimited/
Hello djdd1 we are here to help with your plan change. Have you tried online via your computer to change the plan? We can also be reached by calling *611, Facebook or Twitter. s this for a prepaid account or postpaid account?
This is a very common Verizon Bug like they have too many for too long!! You have to log out then log back in then retry to change Plan.

I have tried these links - unsuccessfully, with the same error message.
I have tried desktop computer, ipad, and iphone platforms - also unsuccessfully.
I have also tried your online chat - unsuccessfully, while also being lied to. The online chat representative told me I was unsuccessful because I could only make the plan change on the day that a new billing cycle begins.
It is beyond ridiculous that a tech company cannot put out robust software to perform any customer service function, much less a function that involves selecting a revenue producing plan service plan!

Jacob, your link simply takes me to the same standard process that does not work for me. Nevertheless, I tried it again and obtained the same result that I have pasted above.
I have been attempting to follow this process or over two weeks, from multiple platforms, with the same result!!!!
