I have been trying to update my My Verizon App for months on my Galaxy S9. I keep getting an authentication error message when it goes to Google Play. I've even changed my email address in my Verizon account to match my google email address and it didn't help. I tried to uninstall it, but it won't let me. I had Verizon send me a download link and I ended up with the same issue. My phone is up to date on all the recent updates. What should I try next?
