For the past 2 months or so, I have not been able to view my current usage. Every time I try, the message on the page reads "Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later."
This is killing me from a business standpoint, as I can't track my calls on a weekly basis.
We can understand your concern, especially if your business is being impacted, Zato_uno. Did your computer perform a recent update? Do you experience the same issues if you use another browser? Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from Chrome to retest?
Thanks for replying. I had tried in Bing and Firefox to the same effect. I've cleared cookies and cache and it's still the same issue. It wasn't associated with any software updates. It almost literally was from one day to the next.
