I Have a pending charge for $318.65 on my bank account right now which is way over what it should be for an unlimited plan and the international plan I had selected. I tried submitting a ticket to have verizon explain my last bill and they responded however, I cant view the support ticket because everytime I click on the link It brings me to a page that says
Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later."
Ive tried submitting another ticket to see if that'd work but I keep getting hit with the same error message and its been 3 days already. Any help?
And is this what the charge is supposed to look like on my bank account
