Unable to add a new payment method

I have tried to add a new payment method to make my payment and I am unable to do so. My other bank account that is on file works but I need to use another source to pay the remaining balance and get an error that I cannot add the card and to try later  yet it works everywhere else very frustrating

We know how important it is to ensure your balance is paid on time. Do you have an active Verizon Wireless account? Are you trying to add this method online on your computer, or on your phone through the My Verizon app? If you call in at 800-922-0204, are you able to make a payment?
