Verizon has randomly added charges for extra data usage to my bill. In one case, adding charges for overage that supposedly happened 2 months ago. There was no notification that we were about to run out of data or that we had run out so this was a total surprise. Anyone else have that issue?
I'm not able to find a way to contact a human being at Verizon to address this issue. The phone number sends a text to connect to a chat session that no one answers. Does anybody have a way to talk to a human at Verizon?
