Unable to log into My Verizon App

Since I've received my new device (Pixel 6) I've not been able to log into the My Verizon app to claim the monthly rewards.  When I try to claim a reward, I'm prompted to enter my password, then I receive and enter the 6 digit code, then I'm prompted to enter the answer to my secret question and here is where I run into the issue.  The question I'm being asked is not the secret question I have setup.  Any ideas on how to resolve this?
