I received an e-gift card for my trade in for $282 in May 2022 via email and I have been unable to use it to purchase retail items via MyVerizon. Every time I enter the card and pin info I receive this error message.
I have called and chatted on several occasions and no one can seem to correct this issue. I am extremely disappointed to find through searches of this forum that it appears to be a known issue for some time and Verizon has yet to address it. As a 10 year customer I have come to expect more from Verizon but times have changed.
Can someone please help me with this issue?
