Verizon switched our account to paperless billing without authorization from us, then disconnected our service due to non payment of a bill we never received, then added $120 to our account for reconnection charges. Anyone smell SCAM here!!?
Verizon should have sent a notification as it was related to a trial to go paperless.
That said, not paying falls on you, bill or not. Your due date doesn't suddenly change because of lack of paper.
