I just noticed that I was billed for an international mobile call on April 14th 2021 for 61 mins. I would like to bring it to your attention that this phone call was not made by me or any of my family member on that day. I do not recognize that phone number and in no way I made that call on that day and at that particular time , and and it is completely unauthorized and erroneous. I would like to go ahead and dispute those charges which include the call charges and it’s associated taxes/fees.
I am seeking the help of Verizon billing support to investigate this unauthorized call. Haven’t received a response or status to my query for the past 7 days. Anyone in a similar predicament? I am reaching out to Verizon again to help resolve this disputed charge issue. Have been a loyal customer for many years and I sincerely hope they don’t let down a loyal customer.
