I have two college students who will be completing their semester on-line. I work at the same college and now will be working from home. We are already at cap on our so-called unlimited data plan, internet speeds are too slow to keep connected, and the only way to solve this is to purchase another plan which will more than double the cost of my current plan.
Verizon is going to lose many customers because the company is preoccupied making the almighty dollar rather than give support to their community. Spectrum, AT&T, and other companies have stepped up to the plate. Thank you Verizon for showing us your true colors during this unprecedented time.
