Unredeemable $300 off sound bar and Google Nest Home...Promo Page Broken

From what I am gathering everyone who was provided the promotion regarding the $300 off Sound Bar and Google Nest Home has been having trouble with acquiring said items. I myself have spent countless time spent communicating with every which way and department and even walking into Verizon stores to acquire theses promotions. It is either no one knows about it or "it is my job...goodbye". When ever I access the My Verizon App Tile that links me to the promotional Transaction page i get a "REDIRECTING TO PROMO PAGE..." that doesn't change. I am still trying to acquire the Sound Bar but because that Promotion is no longer valid as it has expired I no longer have that Tile in the App, so now all that is left is the Google Nest Home and again that also is with no success. 

If anyone has found a cause and resolution to this it would be great to know
