I was interested to find this community and see all the complaints of degrading services and coverage. These all mirror what I and others are experiencing in our area. I have been a customer and advocate for Verizon for over 13 years, but it has degraded to a point where it is nearly unusable. I have received all the non support as others through many interactions and hours of frustration with customer service.
It appears the only option is to change service providers.
