Unusable Verizon e-Gift Card
tsboline
Member

I traded in an iphone and received a Verizon e-Gift card to use. The problem is I am unable to use it. I have spoken to many, many customer service reps and played run-around with many automated numbers and cannot find anyone who can help me. To the best of my knowledge, the problem is with the e-card's PIN number. It appears to be invalid. Is there ANYONE human that I can speak to to resolve this issue? Thank you!

tsboline,

Being able to use your gift card is a must! I'm sorry to hear it's been giving you issues. I'm happy to help out with this and make sure it can be used successfully. I'll be sending you a Private Message here in the platform. Please reply in there so we can look into this.

Thank you, Ryan. Where do I look to receive this private message? I'm new to using this Community feature.

I've read and tried to respond to your private message, but I get this error message:

You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

Please help!

I am just finding out about a ploy where you go to register the prepaid visa or MasterCard and somehow the information is hijacked and the hacker removes the money from the card. Happened to me. If you set the pin then you prolly registered the card. Check your transactions to see if there is a charge that robbed you of your funds. I hope not!!

You're welcome tsboline. You can Send a Private message to this user" under their name in the left side of the boards where a user posts. There may also be a icon at the top right hand side of the forum page. Let me know if you're able to locate it and we look forward to hearing from you in Private Message.
