The Up Rewards program could be the worst "reward" program I've ever seen. In fact, it's a waste of time and insulting.. I've had 5 Verizon phone lines for more than 10 years and the makeup of the program is not user friendly nor does it "reward" for being a good and loyal customer. The offers are pretty much inconsequential... $5.00 device dollars against a $600 phone is a .00625% discount..., the awards expire and nobody at Verizon seems interested in any feedback about the program. Why do the points expire? How about offering bigger rewards and allowing customers to accumulate points towards them?
Either put together a program that's worth something or stop insulting us by pretending you value your customers.
