I called In on October 6th to discuss some upgrade options and current promotions. At that time someone move the device agreement from one of my lines to the device line that I was going to upgrade without my permission. I have been trying to get this sorted out so that I am able to take care of things that need to be taken care as far as upgrades and most of the reps don’t understand this is an error. I have requested a supervisor and was offered financial services. I am currently on hold and extremely disappointed and exhausted from explaining things over and over again.
supervisors aren’t available due to the reps working from home and I would like to discuss this matter with someone in management that can quickly resolve my issues so that I may proceed with the order/upgrades.
