I signed up with Verizon earlier this month. Downloaded the app to pay my bill. Everytime I launch it, it goes into a continous loop of "Oh no, your session has expired!" No matter what I click in the app, it rolls to the same session expired message! I have stopped the app, uninstalled, and reinstalled! Why!?!? I thought Sprint was bad, but at least there I could pay my bill!

We understand that in the app, this happens, are you having this same issue when attempting to sign in from a computer or different browser? Also, you mentioned home and mobile, are you trying to access the cell phone account or a joint account?
