This is really frustrating. My bill was about $230.00 and I went to go apply gift cards to pay it. I received two 150.00 gift cards for the BYOD promotion. I paid one and the balance went to 80.00 on the bill then I used the other one and the balanced remained at $80 but the both gift cards were completely wiped out. How can I get this 150 applied to my account?
Other customers have reported issue with gift cards some get invalid or won't work problem or other type of problem I would call and inquire
