Do NOT trade in your phones! I have had the worst experience with the most recent trade ins. VERIZON sent me multiple emails stating I had not sent in my trade in. Until I finally got through to someone who confirmed my trade in was in fact received as evidenced by my tracking number. Now I get another email that I would not be getting credit for the iPhone 7plus 128gb I sent in but instead it would be a google pixel which BTW I have never owned a google phone to begin with and the phone I traded was on my account previously! I am so frustrated and can't get any help on chat and I do not have time to sit on the phone on hold for hours during a duty day. This is ridiculous! This is the worst trade In I've ever done and to top it off I've been a customer for probably 20 years or so! VERIZON needs to find out why happened to my trade in! I want my original quoted value for what I traded in! Not some phone I've never owned!
