I have received very odd collections letters and tried to approach Verizon about them multiple times. I've attached my last correspondence with Verizon about the issue and as you can see I never received any response. My biggest issue with contacting collections is that I have received multiple "collections" agencies calling me that are just pure scams.
I need help sorting this out. I've never been delinquent on my 1 Verizon account (started late 2019). This has seemingly dropped my great credit by 100+ points! Please help!
