I placed an order from 2 phones in mid December. One phone shows up in 2 days the other is still pending. After spending over 7-8 hours with 5-6 Verzion customer service reps, I've come to realize they are incapable of fixing or executing basic actions. Its perplexed at how each rep has been unable to fix a simple request to ship a phone that I paid for nearly a month ago. Verizon needs to perform a holistic review of how to empower reps to solve basic functions.
It's funny how a clear system error equates to belittling random reps. Request for the order to be cancelled and do it again, it's not hard.
