as many other vzw customers, I have fallen into mistakenly calling international number direct, just a few calls ended up with over $100 charges... I still cannot understand how other carriers have an option for their customer to be able to simply toggle off/on the ability to make outgoing international calls, but vzw can't?
We do offer a block for making international calls. This is something that needs to be added by a customer service rep. I have sent you a Private Note so we may discuss this further.
