Verizon Canceled My Trade In

I started 3 trade in orders over a week ago and didn't receive the trade in kit so a couple days ago I went through the online chat for help. The rep suggested I print out three copies of the EXACT SAME LABEL (same tracking number and all) to mail back three boxes, which is basically illegal. After an hour back and forth of the rep still not comprehending how printing unlimited copies of one label is illegal, I quit the chat and talked to a different person, who said they'd order me three kits. An hour later I find that two of my trade in orders are canceled, and it's not even possible to go back in to see my current phones to reinitiate the trade in.

Not sure HOW a rep would have authority to just go into my account and do that, but I went back and talked to two more people- who said some "care team" member would call me during the scheduled time. No one did.

After talking to what, 6-7 people now? I get the idea that no one wants to help, and the trade in promo is probably not something they want to honor.

We understand how important it is for your promotion to run smoothly. When you check your submission ID for your trade in, does it show that the trade in's were cancelled? What is the reason listed?
