I was approved for a Verizon Visa Card and the rewards that I earned appeared in my Verizon Up account. I lost my card. The rewards that I recently earned from that statement are not appearing in my Verizon Up account. Is that happening because I am being issued a new card? If so, how do I get the past rewards to appear in Verizon Up ? I have called customer service but they are puzzled too

Verizon Up: We don't know. You will need to contact the Verizon Credit Card or Synchrony Bank
Synchrony Bank: We don't know. You will need to contact Verizon Up or the Verizon Credit Card.
Verizon Credit Card: We don't know. You will need to contact Verizon Up.
Verizon Chat: We don't know. You will need to contact the Verizon Credit Card.
Psy1ocke10, we never want you to get the run-around. Allow us the opportunity to further assist. Can you please clarify which Verizon Up reward is missing?
I personally have the Verizon Visa Card and my “Verizon Dollars” has automatically been moved from the Verizon Up rewards to the Verizon Visa mobile app. Have you reviewed the mobile app to see if your Verizon dollars are there?

I have $78.25 accrued from using the Verizon Visa card for purchases. When I go to the Verizon Visa app and click on "Redeem Rewards," it immediately reroutes me to the "My Verizon" app where a $0 reward balance is showing in the Rewards Center.
Yes. As I mentioned in my previous post, when I go to the Visa app, it takes me to the other app to see the rewards. If you have an email address, I can send you a screenshot so you can point me in the right direction.
But if not, it's okay. I will use a different credit card in the meantime.
