I have read a lot of discussion forums about this topic and still have not gotten a definitive answer. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s5 through Verizon Edge. I received the new phone, but no return shipping label. Now, my understanding was there was 14 days to return the phone. I contacted Verizon and the rep told me that he would send a return shipping label. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten it. The rep also told me I had 45 days to return the phone, not the 14 days.
I have gotten several texts from Verizon asking to turn in my phone or I will be charged immediately. As other people have said, when they try to print their label online, it is for their new phone. There is NO WAY to access a printing label for your old phone online.
I am pretty frustrated with this and am seriously considering leaving Verizon if this issue doesn't get resolved.
So my question is what would be my next step? Can I just return it to a Verizon store?
I've also had overages charges and I have not been using my phone data anymore than I usually do.
Just fed up and would like some STRAIGHTFORWARD ANSWERS PLEASE.
