Long story short had a tablet on my line and purchased a new device and ipad at xmas time and now i have a new device pymt on the paid off tablet. Have been disputing this since december and not one person can help. The store blames Verizon and Verizon says go to the store. How to I report this as fraud? or file a complaint??
cmckelley, this is never the experience we want you to have after purchasing new equipment. Was the new Device Payment Agreement for the new iPad you purchased? Was the device and iPad purchased at a Verizon Wireless corporate store location or an indirect store location (independently owned Verizon Wireless store).
