I am trying to complete a line service transfer. I have already received approval from the account holder for the number to be added to my existing Verizon Account; however, I keep getting an error message saying Verizon can't connect me to the server and try again later. I tried again later and still getting the same message. I tried chatting with a support agent, and they could not help and told me to call the Transfer Service Line. I was unable to speak with a live agent due to offices being closed but it is 8:30pm and they aren't supposed to be closed until 9pm.
