Verizon is the only company I have ever had an account with that does not itemize bills. It shows additional charges but not what they are for. Please change this!
Also, when ordering extra Gigs for a hotspot it does not show that the order has gone through, so on two occasions I have inadventantly ordered 2 extra Gigs by clicking twice. Then, it is impossible to get a live person to reverse the charges. Makes me want to switch to AT&T.
Totally agree. It comes across super shady.
